Tender Opportunity – Air Conditioning System
CBM Ltd is investing in a new air conditioning system for its premises.
The equipment named below is indicative; alternatives will be considered where equivalent or better performance can be demonstrated.
The proposed scope currently comprises:
- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a new air conditioning system serving the whole building, with a total cooling capacity of approximately 171.5 kW.
- Indoor units and outdoor condensing unit(s), including all mounting and support steelwork, refrigerant pipework and insulation, condensate drainage, and associated builders’ work and making good.
- Electrical supply, isolation and containment from a distribution board, together with controls, user interface and any integration with existing systems.
Quotations should include a schedule of equipment, itemised pricing, indicative lead times and programme, and a priced option for ongoing maintenance.
